Refreshed and energized are two words
that come to mind when I describe how outdoor fitness
makes me feel. Being out on trail or enjoying the
beauty of local parks turns a workout into a simple
pleasure. Fresh air, natural sunlight and the sounds
of nature combine to enhance any workout in a way
that is unexpected and very exciting.
My
wish for each and every Rove Outdoor Fitness client
is improved overall fitness through a fully balanced
training program. I will incorporate muscular strength
and endurance with cardiovascular, flexibility, mental
focus, balance and agility training. I also know in
my heart that so much more is possible. By getting
outdoors and exercising in a way that connects the
mind, body and spirit with the environment, you will
have the opportunity to become more present and available
in your daily life. You will discover that you are
working toward something much more that what you see
in the mirror. I would love for you to join me on
this adventure.
