ROVE OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES
 

Rove Outdoor Fitness focuses on three types of workout adventures combine for a balanced overall program that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized week after week.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
I. The Trailblazer
Beautiful trails and great terrain are what we are after here. And by incorporating resistance bands and body weight exercises, there will be opportunity for strength, endurance and balance training at every turn. We will be on the move, covering anywhere from 1 to 4 miles during the course of the workout, so get ready for a great adventure!

II. The Round-and-About
Large, open areas are where you will find us on Round-and-About days. These circuit-style workouts will allow us to really focus on strength endurance and toning. Get ready to engage your muscles and feel them spring to life.

III. The Park-and-Play
We will be playing at the park during these workouts. From strength and cardio training to flexibility and restorative style workouts, the possibilities are endless and anything goes!

MEMBERSHIP INFO
Membership requires a monthly commitment of 2 classes per week at a rate of $20 per class. A monthly calendar is provided and details the workout type and location. All equipment needed for the workouts will be provided. Membership also includes exclusive access to Members Only area.
